This Mukhalinga would have been used to cover and protect a Lingam stone with represented the energy of the of the Creator and originated in North Karnataka or Maharathra States. This Mukhalinga originated in Northern Karnataka or Southern Maharathra and the craftsmanship, patina wear & aging are
