Two copies of Dragon Fire from a dwindling Set 1 are a bonus and Mauis Fish Hook is seeing inclusion in early drafts for Set 4 Ruby/Amethyst decks

If the condition isn't true at the beginning of your end step, the ability won't trigger at all
