It's great in an aggressive black deck or a deck that is looking to sacrifice creatures, but it's not so great in Control or Reanimator decks
That initial investment usually gets you Ureni plus the best Dragon in your top eight cards, but then from there, you get to keep doing it every turn

As your commander, Neheb, the Eternal wants a ton of great Burn spells, and if you want to get nasty/effective, throw in land destruction cards like Wildfire which put your opponents behind in mana while you keep chugging along with Neheb's mana reward
The board presence is ideal, but it can end up as a 6/6 if everybody votes for strength, which isnt bad either
