The main arguments for unbanning seem to be that there are other powerful ramp options available in the format and that Primeval Titan can be easily shut down with removal

Note that playing Jidoor from exile this way still counts as your land play for the turn, so you can do this only during your main phase and only if you haven't already played another land that turn
Cards such as Tireless Provisioner and Academy Manufactor help to easily get you more tokens, and there are plenty of ways to get Treasure tokens as well to help ramp you into your powerful spells and permanents
