(Source: I've been collecting Pikachu for ~8 years now and own almost all of them at this point..) I do agree he has way too many cards

Those are all great ways to sift the sands as it were, but there dont seem to be many subjective lists that go over what makes an incredibly cool or interesting card

Every time an opponent throws away a card, you profitgaining mana, drawing cards, or creating Zombie tokens depending on what they pitched

A Normal Summon can be done once per turn, and there is no limit on Special Summons

Ideally, you must search for Bounsweet, Bidoof and Rufflet with this card to start setting yourself up

Broadly speaking I think this is best seen as a combo card and not a recovery or value card for more general use
